Tales Of A StomperNet Member

I've moved all of my blogging activity to The Lucid Blog.
You can visit my new home at:

Unless you've been living in a bunker for the last few weeks you can't have failed to notice the buzz around the StomperNet SEO course.

For me, this came along at just the right time as I had been planning to devote a lot of the next year to doing some proper SEO on my websites. Hopefully the StomperNet course will show me how to do this really, really well.

So, I thought you might be interested in hearing some details about the course from an insider point of view.

What I won't be able to do I'm afraid is tell you specifically what I am being taught and the techniques that I am implementing. It would be unfair to everyone (including me) who is paying a lot of money to take this course.

What I will do is give you an overview of of my progress and keep you updated on how my traffic flow changes (hopefully increases).

I've yet to receive my DVDs (I am in the UK, so I expect it take a little bit longer yet), but I've watched one online video that provides an overview of the course.

Already, I've learned a couple of things about the search engines that surprises me, but really helps to emphasis that Andy & Brad have done a LOT of research and testing over the years.

Later today, I'll be entering the portal and hopefully meeting some of the other members. I'll let you know how I get on.

Primarily I will be focussing my SEO efforts into www.paypershop.com . I'll keep adding the stats to the end of these posts so you can see the increase as it happens.

Last Four Weeks:
16,913 visits
33,349 page views
57.9% of visits coming from search engines
