Andy Muray entered this tournament as the number 4 seed and looked good value for this rating as he comfortably beat Marc Kimmich of Australia, 6-3, 6-2

Facing American, Cecil Mamiit in the 2nd round, Andy Murray looked in a tough spot on Wednesday as he lost the first set on a tie break. The following day, however, Andy won the next two sets 6-3, 6-4.

Andy's quarter-final opponent will be Australian, Paul Baccanello who has already knocked out the number 8 seed in the first round.
