Police have shot dead a man of asian description on the London Underground. One eye witness described the police as pushing a man to the ground and then shooting him five times.

The media are guessing that the man was a suicide bomber which would, at least, explain why the police took lethal action.

I think most suspected that now the original terrorist attack had been made, attention would be turned towards another country. But yesterdays failed attack suggests otherwise.
