Today is my first full work day since getting back from Tenerife and I'm slowly getting back up to date with everything.

I'd hoped to make a few more posts whilst abroad, but there really wasn't much to say. Most of the time was spent, eating do-nuts, drinking sangria and playing Settlers of Catan. Nice to have a break though. I'll post a couple more pictures when I get around to it.

It doesn't look like I've missed anything too exciting while I've been away, just more of the same:

- Sales of "how-to" products
- Clones of existing programs with slight variations
- More Ebooks

Sometimes I think the internet marketing industry is in danger of collapsing under the weight of its own mediocrity.

Although internet marketing is just a part of what I do, I've come to depend on it for ideas and inspiration. Lately, however, I struggle to get excited about anything new I hear about.

Fortunately, I can still get excited about my own product. Maybe it is guilty of being as deriative as anything else out there, but the online - home business market is so much broader than internet marketing. That alone should help it avoid becoming jaded.

Fun, informative and hype-free. That's the goal I'm aiming for and, hopefully, that's the goal I'll achieve.
